• Two (2) forms of personal ID, of which at least one is a valid West Virginia's driver's license, are required for rentals.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to sign a rental agreement.
• You must have a verifiable home phone number.
• No out-of-state rental customers or rentals picked up in vehicles with out-of-state tags without prior approval.

• All Rentals are done with a signed written contract. NO EXCEPTIONS

Rates
• Cost of rental does not include expendables including, but not limited to, lamps in lighting instruments and fog juice for foggers.
• No rental discounts during peak rental times. These times are: Bluefield  Mountain Festival May 19-26, December 21st to Jan 3, June 23- July 5.
• No discounts on video production.
• No discounts on labor or deliveries. Charitable organizations, churches and similar humanitarian groups with valid sales tax exempt status are eligible for a 10% discount on equipment rental charges.

 

Scheduling
• All rentals are first come first served.
• Equipment is reservable only by total prepayment.
• Refunds on prepayments ONLY with a minimum of ten (10) days advance cancellation notice except during peak rental times in which case fourteen (14) days advance cancellation notice is necessary.
• No cash refunds.
• Due back time is by 12 noon on the return date except by prior arrangement. 

Payment:

Payment is expected in full upon pickup.  Cash is the perferred method of payment.

• Payment by personal check requires prior approval. Company checks require prior approval. At this time we do not  accept credit or debit cards. West Virgiinia Sales Tax will be charged on all rentals and all production services.

• We cannot accept checks on Saturdays or Sundays or bank Holidays. 

We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone without cause or notice.
